Update (5/20/20): 163 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Wednesday, May 20, 2020, Clinton County has now had 163 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 1,204 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 581 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 29,274 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,716 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 195,738 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 189,330 on Tuesday.

Update (5/19/20): 149 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, Clinton County has now had 149 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 1,087 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 481 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 28,705 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,678 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 189,330 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 183,912 on Monday.

Lagoons May Reopen May 24th If Clinton County Moves To Stage 3 of IN Governor Eric Holcomb’s Plan

The USB voted 5-0 Monday night during its scheduled meeting to reopen the Lagoons provided Clinton County moves to Stage 3 under Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s plan to getting Indiana reopened.

Stage 3 is set to take place on May 24th.

However, Governor Holcomb’s executive order does allow local government to set rules that are more strict if they deem necessary.

Update (5/18/20): 142 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Monday, May 18, 2020, Clinton County has now had 142 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 1,040 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 492 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 28,255 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,621 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 177,243 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 183,912 on Sunday.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Sunday, May 17, 2020, Clinton County has now had 134 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 949 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 511 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 27,778 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,607 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 177,243 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 171,358 on Saturday.

Update (5/16/20): 126 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Saturday, May 16, 2020, Clinton County has now had 126 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 906 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 656 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 27,280 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,596 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 171,358 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 165,488 on Thursday.

Gina Brettnacher Caucused In As New Clinton County Treasurer

The Clinton County Republican caucus met Saturday, May 16, 2020, at the Frankfort Neighborhood Center to caucus to fill the vacant Clinton County Treasurer seat.

The seat became vacant after Carol Bartley resigned the position after being caucused in to fill the City of Frankfort Clerk-Treasurer position.

Gina Bretnacher garnered the votes necessary to become Clinton County Treasurer. Ted Harris was the other candidate seeking to fill the vacancy.

Update (5/15/20): 118 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Friday, May 15, 2020, Clinton County has now had 118 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 866 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 614 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 26,655 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,550 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 165,488 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 160,239 on Thursday.

C & R Catering Honors Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and Frankfort Police Department

Local law enforcement agencies were honored today by a local catering firm, C & R Catering from Jefferson, with complimentary meals consisting of homemade chicken & noodles, mashed potatoes, and buttered corn.

“They do so much for us, I wanted to say thank you,” said Rodney Mounts owner of C & R Catering.

In all 93 meals were delivered. The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office received 65 meals and the Frankfort Police Department received 28 meals.

Assisting Rodney today was J & T Cleaning and Connecting Point Church.

Update (5/14/20): 116 Clinton County Residents Have Now Tested Positive For COVID-19

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Thursday, May 14, 2020, Clinton County has now had 116 residents test positive for COVID-19. There is 1 death related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 829 residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the ISDH.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 634 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 26,053 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 1,508 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 160,239 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 154,083 on Wednesday.
