563 New Positive Cases Of COVID-19 Makes It 5,507 Hoosiers Now Diagnosed, 173 Deaths

There are now 5 cases of COVID-19 in Clinton County as of Tuesday, April 7, 2020, 134 Residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).

The ISDH today, Tuesday, April 7, 2020, announced that 563 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 5,507 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 173 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 28,764 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 26,191 on Monday.

There are now 4 cases of COVID-19 in Clinton County as of Sunday, April 5, 2020, 126 Residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).

The ISDH today, Monday, April 6, 2020, announced that 533 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 4,944 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 139 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 26,191 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 22,652 on Sunday.

There are now 4 cases of COVID-19 in Clinton County as of Sunday, April 5, 2020, 104 Residents of Clinton County have been tested as reported by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).

The ISDH today, Sunday, April 5, 2020, announced that 458 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 4,411 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 127 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 22,652 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 19,800 on Saturday.

408 New Positive Cases Of COVID-19 Makes It 3,437 Hoosiers Now Diagnosed, 102 Deaths

There are now 3 cases of COVID-19 in Clinton County as of Friday, April 3, 2020, 88 residents of Clinton County have been tested.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today, Friday, April 3, 2020, announced that 408 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. That brings to 3,437 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 102 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 17,835 tests have been reported to ISDH, up from 16,285 on Thursday.

Marion County had the most new cases, at 126. Other counties with more than 10 new cases were Allen (12), Decatur (11), Hamilton (14), Hendricks (23), Johnson (10), Lake (28), Lawrence (10), Porter (10) and Vanderburgh (10). The complete list of counties with cases is included in the ISDH COVID-19 dashboard at coronavirus.in.gov, which will be updated daily at 10 a.m. Cases are listed by county of residence. Private lab reporting may be delayed and will be reflected in the map and count when results are received at ISDH.

The dashboard also has been updated to make corrections based on updated information provided to ISDH and to expand data on testing by county.

IHSAA Spring Sports Officially Cancelled

The Indiana High School Athletic Association staunchly supports our Governor, our State Commissioner of Health and our State Superintendent of Public Instruction in their herculean efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are extremely fortunate in Indiana to have these exemplary leaders providing guidance and care to all Hoosiers.

With the announcement today of the closure of K-12 schools throughout Indiana for the remainder of the school year, the IHSAA announces the cancellation of all spring sports tournament series events for the 2019- 20 school year.

It is imperative that our students, coaches, officials, administrators and parents be encouraged in every manner to adhere to the guidance provided by our leadership. The Association understands the extreme seriousness of this pandemic and joins in support of current measures being implemented as well as future considerations. In unwavering support yet with extreme sadness, we must cancel our spring sports programming. We join all
Hoosiers in anticipation of a triumphant homecoming back to our schools in the fall of 2020 complete with a full complement of IHSAA sports.

474 New Positive Cases Of COVID-19 Makes It 3,039 Hoosiers Now Diagnosed, 78 Deaths

The Clinton County Health Department previously reported 1 case of COVID-19 in Clinton County on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today, Thursday, April 2, 2020, reported 13 new death and 474 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing to 3,039 the number of Hoosiers diagnosed through ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. Seventy-eight Hoosiers have now died.

A total of 16,285 tests have been reported to ISDH to date, up from 14,375 on Tuesday.

406 New Positive Cases Of COVID-19 Makes It 2,565 Hoosiers Now Diagnosed, 65 Deaths

The Clinton County Health Department previously reported 1 case of COVID-19 in Clinton County on Thursday, March 26, 2020.

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today, Wednesday, April 1, 2020, reported 16 new death and 406 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing to 2,565 the number of Hoosiers diagnosed through ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. Sixty-five Hoosiers have now died.

A total of 14,375 tests have been reported to ISDH to date, up from 13,373 on Monday.
