INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Clinton County recorded 1 death related to COVID-19 and 14 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 3,560 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are now 38 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 42,071 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 16,249 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The death is reported to have occurred on Sunday, January 10, 2021.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.6% as of January 5, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 27.6%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 15.7% as of January 5, 2021. The State of Indiana as a whole is 15.9%.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 3,191 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. There are 37 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. The COVID-19 testing clinic has tested an additional 4,000+ Clinton County residents since May 13th.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced today, Sunday, January 3, 2021, Clinton County recorded 23 new residents tested positive for COVID-19, 3,306 residents in total have tested positive for COVID-19. There are 35 deaths related to COVID-19 in Clinton County. At least 39,842 total tests have been administered to residents of Clinton County, of which 15,741 have been unique tests as reported by the ISDH.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of unique individuals for Clinton County is 28.0% as of December 27, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 25.2%.

The rolling 7-day positivity rate of all tests for Clinton County is 13.4% as of December 27, 2020. The State of Indiana as a whole is 14.7%.

Additionally, the ISDH announced that 3,002 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and private laboratories. That brings to 526,071 the total number of Indiana residents known to have the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s total.

A total of 8,111 Hoosiers have died to date. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.

To date, 2,667,473 unique tests have been administrated on Hoosiers and reported to ISDH, up from 2,660,696 on Saturday.

The Regenstrief Institute released updated hospitalization data as of January 2, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. for Clinton County. Data are unique individuals and cumulative.

The Clinton County Health Department currently has two (2) testing sites operating at the fairgrounds; Optum and the ISDH Community Test Site both inside the Edward Jones Building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds located at 1701 S Jackson St, Frankfort, IN.

Optum runs from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday (not open on holidays) and the ISDH Community Test Site runs from 12 noon to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
